Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at info@thecoreventure.us. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@thecoreventure.us, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, like: final sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
